As a first step in the process of building a new pond or maintaining a water feature, an onsite visit is essential. We routinely work in Woodstock, Manchester/Dorset, Stowe, Warren/Waitsfield, Shelburne and Greensboro and are able to give personal service throughout Vermont. During these sessions we assess the pond and surrounding property, delve into the specific needs of the pond owner, and discuss strategies for moving forward.
Over the years, we have formed relationships with a variety of sub-trades related to the pond world. These relationships allow us to tackle projects of all sizes using specialized contractors working right in their strike zone.
Construction companies, pond diggers, and pond owners alike have come to appreciate our ability to execute water transfer projects. From refilling backyard Koi pools to dewatering 1,000,000 gallon swimming ponds we have the gear and knowledge to make it happen.
We size, sell, and install aeration systems. We have been working with Vertex pond products for over 15 years and can provide excellent support for water circulation projects of all sizes.
Hand removal of cattails, weeds, leaves, and algae are seasonal chores that we handle on an “as-needed” basis or as part of pre-established maintenance packages.

We have learned that some ponds are greatly enhanced by aquatic plantings and are excited to share our enthusiasm for wonderfully colored lilies or hardy marginal plantings.

Years of living and working around Vermont have allowed us to develop relationships with excavation contractors who specialize in pond projects. We often partner with these seasoned operators to complete projects that fall outside the scope of our regular work.
